The relationship between ServiLoto.es and its clients is strictly commercial and private, and is governed by current gaming regulations, as well as by the conditions, guidelines and instructions established by the competent authorities and/or SELAE for each type of game, with the aim of ensuring their knowledge and compliance.
The customer expressly authorizes the Lottery Administration to process their personal data for the purpose of managing the full payment of any prizes won, and also agrees to provide any additional documentation necessary for the proper processing of said payment.
The procedure for collecting prizes will vary depending on the amount won:
• Collection of prizes under €2,000
Prizes under €2,000 are not subject to any withholding tax by SELAE (Spanish State Lottery and Betting Agency). The corresponding amount will be credited to the winning user's account. If the prize belongs to a syndicate, the amount will be credited proportionally to each participant's account, according to their share.
The winning user may request the transfer of the amount to their bank account starting on the second business day following the draw. To do so, they must access their 'User Area' and select the 'Withdraw funds' option, indicating the amount to be transferred and their bank account details. The transfer will be made within a maximum of three business days from the date of the request.
In the case of international transfers, if the bank charges any fees for the transaction, these fees will be borne by the customer. The Administration will provide the user with proof of the applied cost electronically.
• Collection of prizes equal to or greater than €2,000 and up to €40,000
Prizes of €2,000 are not subject to withholding tax and will be paid in full to the winner. However, the procedure for collecting these prizes will be the same as that established for prizes equal to or greater than €40,000.
To this end, the Lottery Administration will request the necessary documentation to process the prize payment through one of the banks collaborating with the State Lottery and Betting Company.
• Claiming prizes exceeding €40,000
Prizes exceeding €40,000 will be subject to a 20% tax on the amount exceeding that figure, in accordance with current tax regulations. In the case of prizes awarded to syndicates, each user will receive their proportional share based on their participation.
To proceed with the transfer of the prize to the winner's bank account, ServiLoto.es will contact the user to request the following documentation be sent to the email address info@serviloto.es:
National Identity Document (DNI), Foreigner's Identity Number (NIE), or Residence Card (front and back)
Proof of ownership of the bank account where the prize will be deposited
Notarized power of attorney, if the prize is being collected by a representative
Once the documentation has been received and verified, ServiLoto.es will notify the corresponding bank within a maximum of five business days, authorizing the collection of the prize and transferring it to the winner's bank account, after applying the applicable legal fees.
In accordance with Law 16/2012 of December 27, prizes exceeding €40,000 are subject to a special 20% tax applied to the portion of the prize exceeding this amount. Consequently, the user will see the full prize amount in their account, as well as the corresponding legal tax applied in accordance with current regulations.
Prizes may only be claimed by the owner of the personal data registered with ServiLoto.es. Should any changes occur to the data provided by the user, they agree to immediately notify ServiLoto.es, following the established procedure.
The information published on this platform is for informational purposes only. The validity and official status of the results correspond exclusively to the official prize lists and the betting validation and prize payment terminals located in Lottery Offices and Betting Shops.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE PENINSULA

Shipments will be made up to 10 days before the draw date. Outside of this period, ServiLoto.es will store purchased bets in a safe, guaranteeing their security.

All tickets, lottery slips, and bets, both individual and for syndicates, will be securely stored in the safe at our Lottery Administration office.
For informational purposes, a digital receipt of the purchase will be automatically sent to the email address provided. This receipt is not valid as an official payment document. The user can also view their purchase and betting history at any time through their personal account.
Additionally, the application will automatically send a digital receipt to the user's email address with the details of the purchase.
The user participates in all games at the official price set by the Spanish National Lottery (Loterías y Apuestas del Estado), without any additional fees or commissions of any kind.
At our Lottery Administration, tickets are always purchased at their official price, as no management fees or commissions are applied to winnings, thus guaranteeing complete transparency in the purchase and participation process.
A lottery syndicate is formed by a group of people who agree to participate together in one or more lottery draws or games, sharing the cost of the ticket, as well as the proportional distribution of any potential prizes based on each member's contribution.
At our Lottery Administration, this type of collective gaming has experienced significant growth, since, with a small individual contribution, the chances of winning a prize increase thanks to the sum of the total amount contributed by all participants.
To create a lottery syndicate, it will be necessary to establish, beforehand and in writing, the rules that will govern its operation, including, among other aspects: the draws in which to participate, the amount of each member's contribution, the people responsible for acquiring and safeguarding the lottery tickets, and, if applicable, the application of commissions or donations on the amount contributed.
It will also be mandatory to set a deadline for payment of the corresponding share. Prior to the draw, ServiLoto.es will confirm to each member their effective participation in the syndicate.
